About Nahla

The story behind the platform — and why formatting should never come before planning.

Why I Built Nahla

I spent years as a planning engineer doing the same thing every Monday morning.

Export from P6. Build charts in Excel. Write the narrative in Word. Format the PowerPoint. Print A3 schedule pages at different WBS levels just to understand what was happening on the project.

Hours gone. Every week. Before I had even looked at the actual schedule.

The analysis that mattered — two-week lookahead, critical path, float trends, what-if scenarios — always came last because the formatting came first.

I built Nahla to fix that. One link that replaces the export, the Excel, the Word doc, the PowerPoint and the A3 print. A platform where the schedule is live, the charts build themselves, relationships flow visually, and AI handles the heavy lifting — from creating a schedule in one sentence to assigning resources, logic and milestones through a conversation.

What Nahla does

Bring your schedule into Nahla and work across three modes — Analyze, Diagnose and Build. Find and fix the issues, then export straight back to Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Nahla means honey bee — it works the way a colony does: every input feeds the whole, every change flows through instantly, and the intelligence lives in how it all connects.

No more formatting. Just planning.

Agents

Now it runs with a team of agents — and asks before it acts.

Nahla has grown from three modes into a fleet of agents on one runtime. Describe what you need in plain English and an agent drafts the schedule, levels resources, runs the risk numbers, investigates delay, prepares a claim, or chases the trades for progress — each one doing a single job well.

But nothing happens behind your back. Every agent proposes — a typed draft you approve, edit, or reject. The weekly agents that chase subcontractors and draft your reports are propose-only by design: a schedule change, an email going out, a report shared — each lands in your inbox for a human decision.

Agents propose. Humans approve. Deterministic engines — CPM, levelling, Monte-Carlo risk, forensic delay — produce every number; the AI handles intent and synthesis, never the maths. That boundary is what makes Nahla trustworthy on a real project.
