02 Description of service
Nahla.AI is a project intelligence platform that provides AI-powered analysis of project schedule files. Our Service allows you to:
- Upload project schedule files (.XER, .xlsx including MS Project exports)
- Generate AI-powered analytics and insights
- Chat with an AI assistant and a fleet of agents that draft schedules, forecasts, reports and subcontractor progress requests for your approval
- Schedule recurring agents that draft work into your inbox for review
- Create customizable reports and dashboards
- Share reports via secure links
03 User accounts
Account creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
04 Acceptable use policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

05 User content & data
Your content
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Data processing
We process your uploaded files using AI technology — including third-party AI providers under zero-retention agreements — to generate analytics, reports and agent proposals. We do not use your data to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service; when you use agent communications, the information you include is shared with the recipients you choose.
AI outputs & agent actions
Decision-support, not advice. Nahla's analyses, forecasts, risk simulations, delay narratives and claim drafts are generated to assist you, may contain errors, and are not professional, legal, or contractual advice. You must independently verify them before relying on or acting on them — including in any contract, claim, or dispute.
Agents propose; you approve. Agents do not act autonomously. Every change to a schedule, and every communication such as emails to subcontractors, requires your review and approval. You are responsible for the content you approve and for ensuring you have consent to contact any recipients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nahla.AI is not liable for decisions made, or actions taken, on the basis of AI outputs or agent proposals you have reviewed and approved.
Data retention
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated reports may be retained for your access. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
06 Intellectual property
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nahla.AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your intellectual property
You retain all rights to your uploaded content. We claim no ownership over the project files, reports, or data you create using our Service.
07 Payment terms
Subscription plans
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Free plan
We offer a free plan for all users with generous limits. No credit card is required. Upgrade to Pro anytime for higher limits and priority support.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Price changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
08 Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will terminate. We may delete your account data, though some information may be retained as required by law.
13 Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14 Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
