Terms of Service

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We process your uploaded files using AI technology, including third-party AI providers under zero-retention agreements, to generate analytics, reports and agent proposals. We do not use your data to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service; when you use agent communications, the information you include is shared with the recipients you choose.

Decision-support, not advice. Nahla's analyses, forecasts, risk simulations, delay narratives and claim drafts are generated to assist you, may contain errors, and are not professional, legal, or contractual advice. You must independently verify them before relying on or acting on them, including in any contract, claim, or dispute.

Agents propose; you approve. Agents do not act autonomously. Every change to a schedule, and every communication such as emails to subcontractors, requires your review and approval. You are responsible for the content you approve and for ensuring you have consent to contact any recipients.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nahla.AI is not liable for decisions made, or actions taken, on the basis of AI outputs or agent proposals you have reviewed and approved.

We retain your uploaded schedule data while your account is active. You can permanently delete any project, or your entire account and all associated data, at any time from within the app; we remove it from our systems and cloud storage and confirm by email. Generated reports may be retained for your access until you delete them.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nahla.AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. We claim no ownership over the project files, reports, or data you create using our Service.

Access to Nahla is arranged with us directly under a written agreement. Any fees, the billing period, and what is included are set out in that agreement.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law. You may end your agreement in line with its terms, and you will retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will terminate. We may delete your account data, though some information may be retained as required by law.
